Terms and Conditions

Our commitment to you/your client

1. Introduction


These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of physiotherapy services offered by the CryoRS Physiotherapy LTD  ("the Practice") to its clients. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. The Practice is committed to delivering high-quality care in accordance with the standards set by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP).

2. Service Provision


2.1 Assessment and Treatment:

All clients will receive an assessment by a qualified and registered physiotherapist. Following the assessment, a treatment plan will be proposed, detailing the nature of the treatments, their potential risks, and the expected outcomes. Clients have the right to decline any proposed treatment without prejudice.

2.2 Privacy and Setting:

Consultations and treatments are primarily delivered on a one-to-one basis, ensuring the privacy of the client. Services may be provided in various settings, including domiciliary, public gyms, hydrotherapy pools, and parks, as agreed upon.

2.3 Appointment Scheduling:

Appointments are scheduled based on the client's needs, subject to availability. The Practice operates a minimum two-week waiting list, which may be negotiable in urgent cases.

3. Client Commitment


3.1 Clients are expected to actively participate in their prescribed physiotherapy program, including attending all scheduled sessions and adhering to home exercise plans. Any difficulties in compliance should be promptly discussed with the treating clinician.

4. Pricing and Payments


4.1 Fees:

Clinical Assessment and Treatment:

-£75 for up to 60 minutes;

-£135 for sessions exceeding 60 minutes

plus applicable travel expenses


Report Writing and Review: £75 per hour.


Meeting Attendance: £75 per hour, plus applicable travel expenses.


Consultations: £60 for 30minutes plus applicable travel expenses.

Online Consultations: £60 for 40minutes.

4.2 Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment are charged at the full rate.

Cancellations within 72 hours are charged at half rate.

4.3 Payment Terms:

Payments are accepted via cash or bank transfer, preferred on a session-to-session basis. Confirmation of payment will be sent within 24 hours post-payment. For contracted work, invoices are issued monthly.

5. Non-Attendance Policy
5.1
Clients unable to attend more than two consecutive sessions due to illness may risk losing their place in the program.

More than three cancellations within a month may result in discharge from the service. We will make sure we find you an appropriate place when you are well enough again to attend physiotherapy sessions, but we can't guarantee the same day and time of the session. Remember consistency is a key in effective rehabilitation.

 

6. Late Payment Policy
6.1
Therapy may be discontinued for late payments. Preferred payment method is bank transfer (BACS). The Practice reserves the right to claim interest and compensation for late payments under the late payment legislation and may employ debt collection agencies or legal action to recover unpaid fees.

7. Annual Review and Changes

7.1 The Practice will review all costs annually in April. Any changes to fees will be communicated and agreed upon with all relevant parties in advance.

8. Statutory Rights

8.1 The Physiotherapy Practice reserves its statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs if payments are not made according to the agreed Terms & Conditions.

9. Acceptance

9.1 By availing of the Practice's services, clients confirm their understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Should clients have any concerns, the Practice welcomes discussions via email, telephone, or in-person meetings.
